Testing customer journeys.
Our QA work includes end-to-end and API tests, with load testing where required. We check normal customer journeys and what happens when payments or integrations fail.
Comparable measurements.
Performance work includes a baseline and a retest under the same conditions. Reports state the workload, environment and limits of the measurements.
A planned release.
We agree the release window, required configuration and data changes, and the rollback procedure. After release, we check the affected flows in the live system.
A usable handover.
Your team receives the source code, setup instructions and relevant technical decisions. We explain how to operate and extend what has been delivered.
