Browsing the website
The frontend does not set cookies or include third-party analytics scripts. Fonts, images and the interactive 3D logo are served as part of the website.
Language preference
We use your browser’s language settings or an approximate country match from your IP address to suggest our Russian website. Country matching happens on our own server, without sending your IP address to an external geolocation service. Country matching is requested together with a server-issued browser identifier. We keep that identifier and the approximate country result in session storage for this tab. If you close the suggestion or choose a version, we remember that choice in local storage on this browser so the suggestion does not appear again. You can remove this preference by clearing the website’s browser data. The Russian website remains available through the footer link.
Sending an enquiry
When you submit the contact form, we send your name, email address, selected topic, message and explicit consent confirmations to our server to process your enquiry. The server records the consent document versions and acceptance time and passes the enquiry to our configured contact delivery services.
The site keeps a server-issued browser identifier in local storage across visits. Country matching and submission retry state are kept in session storage for this tab. It stores a hash of the submitted content for retries, not your name, email or message. The server uses hashed device and IP identifiers to limit abuse and prevent duplicate submissions. Closing the tab clears this session storage. If browser storage is unavailable, retry state lasts only while the page is open.
Before submitting, read the personal data consent and privacy policy (PDFs in Russian). The two checkboxes are not selected automatically. You can also write directly to support@lachestry.com. Your email provider processes messages according to its own terms and privacy practices.
Hosting and correspondence
A hosting service may process connection information when delivering a website. Email correspondence is handled separately from this frontend. For questions about the handling of your information, contact support@lachestry.com.
