MAGENTO 2 / ADOBE COMMERCE

Commerce.
Without
the bottlenecks.

Develop an online store around the way your retail business operates. We work on Magento 2 catalogs, checkout, integrations and upgrades, using the platform’s existing capabilities before introducing custom behavior.

What we can build.

From a focused improvement to a connected commerce application. Explore the areas we can take on with Magento 2.

Magento 2 storefront development

Build product, category and checkout experiences that fit the store’s catalog and buying process. Preserve usable navigation, search visibility and clear error states as the design changes.

Magento 2 ecommerce solutions

Configure catalog structure, promotions and order workflows around agreed business rules. Check how those rules interact before introducing extensions or custom modules.

Magento 2 backend development

Develop modules and API capabilities for operations that the standard platform does not cover. Keep changes in extension points rather than editing vendor code.

Custom Magento 2 integrations

Connect ERP, PIM, warehouse and other business systems. Specify ownership of each field, synchronization timing and how failed or duplicate exchanges are recovered.

Commerce architecture & migration

Assess data, customizations and integrations before a migration or headless change. Rehearse imports, preserve important URLs and plan the final synchronization and rollback.

Maintenance & support

Plan upgrades, review extension compatibility and investigate production issues. Check indexers, scheduled work and the full purchase journey as part of release acceptance.

Get the first release into use.

Keep delivery focused.

Agree a launch scope around the catalog, purchase journey and fulfillment process. Configure standard capabilities first, isolate necessary extensions and rehearse data changes so the first release is useful and reviewable.

Make the next release easier.

Agree acceptance criteria and ownership before development. Hand over working code, relevant tests and release instructions so the team can continue with a clear view of the decisions made.

Stable under load.

Follow the whole request.

Follow traffic through storefront requests, caches, application code, queries and indexers. Check that price and stock updates remain timely while customers browse. Load tests guide tuning and verify changes against the agreed traffic model.

Check the expected demand.

Agree the critical journeys, traffic model and response-time targets. Use test results to prioritize changes and verify the affected flows again. Framework choice alone is not evidence of capacity.

Keep your data secure.

Protect the commerce boundaries.

Review administrator permissions, integration credentials and access to customer data. Apply relevant security updates, validate extension behavior and prevent private responses from entering shared caches. Test account and order access across users.

Maintain the protections after launch.

Include dependency updates, access reviews and checks for exposed data in the maintenance plan. Agree who operates the application and handles incidents. Security requires continuing work across the application and its environment.

Before we start.

Do we need a separate headless storefront?

That depends on the required experience, integrations and team. We compare the existing storefront with a separate frontend, including the additional API and deployment responsibilities.

Can you improve an existing Magento store?

Yes. We assess the current implementation and prioritize changes to features, integrations, performance or maintenance. A complete rebuild is not the default recommendation.
